CASA/GAL Volunteer Monthly Case/Contact Update
This is a report that is submitted to the Voices for Children Program by the CASA/GAL Volunteer during the first week of each month. The CASA/GAL Volunteer is able to keep the Staff updated regarding their monthly involvement with the child(ren) they are serving. The staff use an system called COMET to input all of the CASA/GAL Volunteer's contact information as it pertains to face-to-face contacts with the children, home visits, office visits, court hearings, telephone contacts, mileage and hours spent of the case, etc.
